Personal data processing notice

Categories of data processed

• Data voluntarily provided through the contact form: full name, company, email address, role (optional), subject and content of the message;
• Browsing data: technical data whose transmission is inherent to the use of the internet (IP addresses, access logs, browser parameters), automatically collected by the hosting provider’s systems for security and proper operation of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to requests submitted through the contact form and managing the ensuing exchange — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);
• IT security and abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR);
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal basis: Art. 6.1.c GDPR.

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to handle the request; failure to provide them makes it impossible to do so. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Processing methods and retention

Data are processed electronically, by authorised personnel, with appropriate security measures. Data submitted through the form are retained for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the relationship evolves into a contractual one, in which case statutory retention periods apply. Browsing data are retained for the technical periods set by the hosting provider.

Recipients

Data are neither disseminated nor sold to third parties. They may be accessed by: persons authorised by the Controller; Aruba S.p.A., as hosting provider and data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, with servers located in the European Union. No data transfers to third countries take place.

Data subject rights

Pursuant to Arts. 15-22 GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@mooveconsulting.eu. Complaints may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).
